Tighten your shoelaces, paint your poster-boards, and pull out your drums: Chicago Women Take Action is gearing up for a slew of marches this spring. No complacency allowed. It’s time to persist and resist.

On April 15 we’ll be marching in downtown Chicago to protest the unseen tax returns of President Trump. We paid our taxes for 2016, and have no problem proving it, why can’t he? The guy
’s a big chicken!
Tax March Chicago is one of more than 100 protests in 43 states and 5 countries demanding that Trump release his tax returns. To learn more about this event, visit the Tax March online , and RSVP to the Chicago event on Facebook.

Earth Day is April 22, and CWTA will be taking a stand for science by joining the March for Science Chicago. Do you care about scientific integrity and believe that sound science is the grounds for good decision-making about the environment?  We do. But the Trump administration doesn’t. Let’s march to show our respect for the scientific process they so deeply disregard.  To find out more information for this event, please visit the webpage here and show solidarity by RSVPing on the Facebook event.
