CWTA Join in Solidarity with Gun Violence Prevention Activists

Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, a powerful national grassroots network of moms fighting for gun violence prevention, will host “Orange Walks” to honor victims of gun violence  – This is the statement of Chicago Women Take Action (CWTA).

On December 11, CWTA will join Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America for the “Orange Walks” that honor all of the lives lost to gun violence in America. CWTA will walk with countless moms and activities to show a strong commitment to ending the violence. CWTA has included common sense gun control in its issues statement and will work to see it implemented. We applaud the efforts of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, and we are thrilled to show our solidarity in the fight for gun violence prevention.

CWTA is a city-wide group of diverse women of all ages working on issues that impact us and our communities. For more information visit
